At the time I took the Forum, I was concentrating on increasing the volume of my business. After the Forum, however, I began to look at things I hadn't examined before and I found myself attending much more to the quality of our business operations and the quality of the communication between my employees and me.
Instead of trying to control everything and everyone, I became far more innovative in my approach. It is much more satisfying for me, and the whole company has prospered.
